Happy at the drive in! Not ready to go into theaters with my family yet. Luckily the Alamo has a drive in and it was a great experience. Very organized, easy to order food, felt safe and comfortable, good view of the screen, and easy to get in and out. I always love the Alamo's food, and haven't had movie theater pop corn in so long!
The show screen was wonderfully placed. The good was brought to the car that was pre-order and they offered food to be ordered during the movie. The radio frequency and sound was on point to the speech in the movie and loud enough. The option to sit in lawn chair was cool. The laboratories (port-a-potties) were clean 👀 .
The actual movie and experience was great for the most part but the confusion with the parking and food delivery was a disaster. One employee told us to park in a parking spot then gave the parking spot to someone else as we were driving to the spot so then we had to look for a new spot. The employees are mostly kids and don’t know what they’re doing I think, but the actual movie and food was good. So once the employees know what they’re doing this has the potential to be a really great experience overall.
